1. INTRODUCTION/PURPOSE
The purpose of this agenda item is for the City Council to discuss and consider the appointment of a council member(s) to meet with interested parties regarding utility and road easements between Bee Cave Parkway and Highway 71.
2. DESCRIPTION/JUSTIFICATION
a) Background
Since the City Council last convened on Tuesday, December 13th, we have received inquiries regarding action related to the Backyard development and its requirement for connection to Highway 71 West.
b) Issues and Analysis
Based on previous discussions and given the nature of the inquiries received since the 12/13 meeting, the Council could choose to appoint members to meet with interested parties regarding utility and road easements between Bee Cave Parkway and Highway 71.
