1. INTRODUCTION/PURPOSE
The purpose of this agenda item is for Council to discuss and consider action on Ordinance No. 340 to extend the deadlines associated with the Revival site plan located at 13308 Highway 71 West.
2. DESCRIPTION/JUSTIFICATION
a) Background
Revival's Planned Development District was approved by the City Council via Ordinance #13-167 on October 8th, 2013. Subsequently, Ordinance #15-247 for the Revival Site Plan was approved by the Council on June 23rd, 2015. Site Plan Permit #14-125 was issued April 5th, 2016.
b) Issues and Analysis
We met recently with Mr. David Camp and Ms. Taylor McElwee to discuss the Revival PDD and site plan ordinances. We have been in communication with them over the past several weeks by phone and via e-mail. They expressed a desire to appear before the City Council and we asked them to submit a letter requesting an extension of the dates contained within site plan ordinance #15-247. We received a letter from Mr. Terry Irion on their behalf requesting the extension on Wednesday May 3rd, 2017.
