1. INTRODUCTION/PURPOSE
To discuss and consider action on the appointment of an Alternate member to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
2. DESCRIPTION/JUSTIFICATION
a) Background
At the last meeting, Council appointed members to the Planning and Zoning Commission. Lou Campero was reappointed as an Alternate. Mr. Campero informed us after the meeting that he would be unable to serve.
b) Issues and Analysis
Ordinance No. 418, adopted November 2019, allows for the appointment of two alternates. The alternates are a consensus of the Council with the term running with the Mayor’s.
Both alternate positions are vacant. We received one application. It is attached along with the updated roster.
