1. INTRODUCTION/PURPOSE
The purpose of this agenda item is for the City Council to discuss and consider action to adopt Ordinance No. 549 adopting the city of Bee Cave Fiscal Year 2025 Budget.
2. DESCRIPTION/JUSTIFICATION
a) Background
The Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2025 begins on October 1st, 2024, and ends on September 30th, 2025.
b) Issues and Analysis
Over the past several weeks, we've provided Council with preliminary budget estimates. We've continued to update revenue and expense for all funds based on those discussions and incorporated required revisions into the budget documents attached.
In addition to the transmittal narrative document, a budget Ordinance and updated Organization Chart is attached. We will again provide Council with an updated power point presentation Tuesday evening and address any questions.
