The plan, including a summary of proposed projects on page 35, is uploaded to dropbox.  

We've started the legwork on a few segments, including projects that are part of the Economic Development Board 2016-17 budget, such as the RR 620 trail from Falconhead Blvd to Bee Cave Central Park.  

RR 620 Trail

• In discussions with Target,Home Depot, A+ Federal Credit Union.  Finalizing easement language with Home Depot to address their concern that vehicular traffic on their driveway would not be impeded.  A+ has agreed to easement language as originally presented.  After finalizing Target and Home Depot language we will survey easement area and execute documents.
• Had discussions with Brenda Sies, Inland Geodetics, the firm we typically use for surveying.  She provided rule of thumb cost estimates for easement and a topographic surveys (likely already have what we need on the latter).  She also provided private and municipal contacts that have done recent work with trail system implementation.
• Met with Klotz Associates as a follow up to marketing information we received on recent work they've done on parks and trails.  They provided insight on cost estimates and design considerations using ~five projects on which they've recently worked as their point of reference.

Canyonside Trail

• City of Austin approved the amendment to the interlocal.  Ash Creek is proceeding with construction of the final segment of the trail.
