In accordance with the order of the Office of the Governor issued March 16, 2020, the City Council of the City of Bee Cave will conduct a  telephonic meeting in order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called “social distancing”) to slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).   
The meeting will be held on Saturday, March 28th, 2020 at 5:00 PM
The public may participate in this meeting by dialing in to the following toll-free number 1-888-788-0099, Meeting ID is 512 767 6611
The public will be permitted to offer public comments telephonically as provided by the agenda and as permitted by the presiding officer during the meeting.  Written questions or comments may be submitted up two hours before the meeting. 
A recording of the telephonic meeting will be made and will be available to the public in accordance with the Texas Public Information Act upon written request.

3.Discuss and consider action on elected official’s communication with staff through the City Manager.
4.Discuss and consider action to rescind the Council’s previous election of Mayor Pro Tem.
5.Discuss and consider action on the election of a Mayor Pro Tem.
6.Discuss and consider action on the appointment of members to the Economic Development Board.

7.Discuss and consider action on the appointment of the City’s representative on the West Travis County Public Utility Agency.
8.Discussion regarding Council Member Willott’s initial request on March 12, 2020 to hold a special session regarding city closures and emergency declaration.
9.Discuss and consider action on Ordinance No. 430, an ordinance providing a termination date for the Mayor’s declaration of disaster.
10.Discuss and consider action on Ordinance No. 431 for a declaration of medical disaster by City Council and adopting rules necessary to promote health and prevent the spread of disease within the City of Bee Cave.
11.Adjournment

The Council may go into closed session at any time when permitted by Chapters 418 or 551, Texas Government Code, or Section 321.3022 of the Texas Tax Code. Before going into closed session a quorum of the Council must be assembled in the meeting room, the meeting must be convened as an open meeting pursuant to proper notice, and the presiding officer must announce that a closed session will be held and must identify the sections of Chapter 551 or 418, Texas Government Code, or Section 321.3022 of the Texas Tax Code authorizing the closed session.
