	This is an opportunity for citizens to address the City Council concerning an issue of community interest that is not on the agenda. Comments on the agenda items must be made when the agenda item comes before the Council. Any deliberation of the issue is limited to a proposal to place it on the agenda for a later meeting. Citizens will have up to 3 minutes to make comments.


	6.	Consent Agenda


	All Consent Agenda items listed are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council member requests in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda. Information concerning consent agenda items is available for public view.


		A.	Consider approval of the minutes of the Regular Session conducted June 11, 2024.
		B.	Consider approval of the minutes of the Special Session conducted on June 18, 2024.


	7.	Discuss and consider action on Resolution No. 2024-15 suspending the July 8, 2024 Effective Date of Texas Gas Service Company’s Requested Increase to permit the City time to study the request and to establish reasonable rates; Approving Cooperation With Other Cities In The Texas Gas Service Company’s Central-Gulf Service Area; Hiring Legal And Consulting Services To Negotiate With The Company And Direct Any Necessary Litigation And Appeals; Authorizing Intervention In Gud No. 17471 At The Railroad Commission; Requiring Reimbursement Of Cities’ Rate Case Expenses; Finding That The Meeting At Which This Resolution Is Passed Is Open to the Public as Required By Law; Requiring Notice Of This Resolution To The Company And Legal Counsel.



	8.	Discuss and consider action on renewing the contract with Texas Health Benefits Pool for employee health insurance for fiscal year 2024-2025.



	9.	Discuss and consider Ordinance No. 536, amending the City of Bee Cave Code of Ordinances, Chapter 2 Administration and Personnel Section 2.02.008 City Engineer.



	10.	Discuss and consider action on Resolution 2024-16 appointing members to the Planning and Zoning Commission.


	11.	Close Regular Meeting


	12.	Open Executive Session


		A.	Discussion pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code regarding legal issues associated with status of workforce housing RFP and legal recommendations for next steps.
		B.	Discussion pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code regarding personnel matters associated with the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.

	The Council may go into closed session at any time when permitted by Chapters 418 or 551, Texas Government Code, or Section 321.3022 of the Texas Tax Code. Before going into closed session a quorum of the Council must be present, the meeting must be convened as an open meeting pursuant to proper notice, and the presiding officer must announce that a closed session will be held and must identify the sections of Chapter 551 or 418, Texas Government Code, or Section 321.3022 of the Texas Tax Code authorizing the closed session.
